This topic examined the issue of sustainability on all levels and explores the cost/benefit issue of tourism to the region.

Provided advisory services as in kind contribution to World Cup Barbados Inc, developed a set of guest contact standards for World Cup Barbados Most Valuable Players and designed and facilitated a service quality coaching session for the participants assisting the VAT Verification Tour.
