Over 40 years of progressive experience within the hospitality industry, specializing in Food and Beverage operations. Well versed in managing, developing and directing teams of a variety of sizes with demonstrated ability at budget development and administration, cost control, purchasing and inventory management.

 Between 2004-2017 Henry served as Restaurant Manager at the Tides Restaurant, where he was responsible for oversight of the full restaurant operations and staff of 87.

 Tides is one of the leading fine dining restaurants on the west coast of Barbados.
