Working in and studying global tourism, Jasonta attained her BSc. Hotel Management from The University of the West Indies Center for Hotel & Tourism in The Bahamas, excelling in Project Management. Jasonta’s journey has led her to compete in the culinary arena, working with Master Chef Jason Howard, employed with numerous AAA Diamond Resorts, managing her family’s empire and owning her own luxury personal chef business, catering to many HNWI.

Leading establishments to a better work culture, improved customer relations, implementing inventory controls and increased profits by 30%, Jasonta’s experience has directed her to dedicate her life to the improvement of Caribbean business operations standards, service quality and the development of its citizens.

As a member of the May Hinds Consulting team, Jasonta contributes thorough analysis, creativity, dynamic management and emotional intelligence to product and service-based entities across the Caribbean region.
